The Problem
Payment workflows in service companies involved manual contract creation, invoice generation, and payment tracking. This led to errors, delays, and significant administrative overhead — especially when dealing with multiple clients and varying contract terms.
The Solution
Developed an AI agent that automates the entire payment lifecycle. The agent generates contracts based on service agreements, creates and sends invoices, tracks payments, and handles follow-ups. Uses structured AI outputs for document generation and integrates with payment APIs for real-time processing.
